Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed for shipping. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
If your order has already been processed for shipping, we regret that we will not be able to cancel it. In such cases, you may need to wait for your order to arrive and then initiate a return for a refund (subject to our Refund Policy below).
Refund Policy
We offer refunds for eligible products returned within 3 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for the return. Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process your refund within 15 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged or defective product and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
